The biggest Game Convention in Asia and the Southeast Asia's Premier Game Convention was warmly celebrated by fans and participants on 13 and 14 October 2018 at Suntec Convention Centre, Singapore. Guests and participants experienced a weekend of amusement and entertainment as Gamestart Asia 2018 has given us the latest games, esports, cosplay, retro gaming, tabletop gaming, indie games and so much more!
Highlights of the event include the SEA Major 2018 (SEAM 2018), participation of celebrity gamer Kenny Omega, voice of Mei - Elise Zhang, Director of Monster Hunter - Yuya Tokuda, Executive Director and Art Director of Monster Hunter Kaname Fujioka, and Soulcalibur producer Motohiro Okubo.
Other special events in the convention include the GameStart workshops, Master class by Caro Arellano and Jax Jocson, GameStart Tabletop, Armageddon Quest, Sanctuary, GameStart Cosplay Runway, GameStart 2018 Indie Awards, Capcom Tour Asia Finals and Last Chance Qualifiers, and Shadowverse Contenders Cup.
GameStart Asia 2018 also has the TEKKEN World Tour, ArcRevo World Tour Dragon Ball Fighter Z SAGA Event, The Gauntlet (Taletop) and Secretlab Chair Race. There is so much fun in one place!
Doujin Market and Founders Base were also part in this convention where Inday Michiko successfully participated in. Unexpected number of fans visited to Inday Michiko's booth throughout the event.
Various cosplayers from different parts of Singapore also made their appearances and performed on stage!
There were exhibitors present too in this convention such as Disney, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Armaggeddon, Battle Brew Productions, Cygames, MyRepublic Gamer, Wacom and many more!
It's definitely a paradise for all game enthusiasts, developers/creators, artists, fans, and cosplayers to attend this one game convention that brings everything together!
